Morning Mindset Routine

Do this routine each morning before you dive into your day. I like to write this in my notebook but you can also just do a visualization. This routine is from the infamous Tony Robbin’s!

  1. Prime your Brain! Gratitude & focusing on all the good things in your life - This is priming your brain for the day (do this for 3 minutes)

  2. Prayer Time. Praying & blessing the day and all the people in your life (do this for 3 minutes)

  3. Three to Thrive:

    • Think of 3 things you want to make happen today

    • Give each task 1 minute of visualization & see each thing as done, give thanks and see it as going as well as possible.

    • This is rewiring the Reticular activating system :)

My favorite thing to do each day is asking myself “what is the best case scenario of this situation?” & then visualize that happening.
